Immunohistochemistry-Fluorescence

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Peptide ELISA. This antibody is highly specific for ANAPC2. It has been validated on a Protein Array containing target protein and 383 other non-specific proteins.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence – Staining was performed on HeLa cells fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and treated with blocking peptide and biotin-conjugated secondary antibodies for 1 hour at room temperature. Staining was performed using an LS-C356339 anti-ANAPC2 antibody.
